The Wedding & Event Concierge service provides professional event-day support and assistance designed to help facilitate a smooth, enjoyable, and well-organized event experience. Services may include guest assistance, vendor communication, décor placement assistance, timeline support, event logistics assistance, and other reasonable event-day support tasks agreed upon by both parties.


The Wedding & Event Concierge service is not a wedding planning, event planning, venue management, or day-of coordination service. Service Provider does not assume responsibility for directing the entire event, managing vendors, enforcing contracts, supervising guests, providing security services, or making decisions on behalf of the Client.


Wedding & Event Concierge services are designed to provide supplemental event-day support and are not intended to replace a professional wedding planner, event planner, venue coordinator, or day-of coordinator.
